Coaching

We offer personal and professional development coaching, team coaching and executive coaching

We can provide 30 minutes or 60 minutes of coaching

Sessions are flexible and booked at the clients' convenience

To extend and embed learning 30 mins coaching is offered to help learners set goals around the content

We work in partnership with skilled coaches to support our services

Our coaches are trained in relational dynamic coaching with years of experience

Our coaches have leadership and c-suite coaching experience

All coaches are level 7 qualified

Background and experience

I’ve been coaching groups and individuals for over 10 years. I started in 2011 coaching clients to build their confidence and build meaningful relationships with themselves and others.

I’ve worked for various corporations and charities supporting individuals and teams through the challenges in their professional and personal life.

I’m proud to create a safe and welcoming environment for all clients to think and thrive. I’m committed to equity, diversity and inclusion in my coaching practice, which I demonstrate through being an ally and adapting to the needs of my clients.

Approach and qualification

I studied relational dynamic coaching with RD1st. I’m qualified through culture at work which is an ILM level 7 equivalent qualification.

My focus is all about the client. All coaching sessions are led by the client, there’s no set number or series to complete. Sessions can be booked at the clients availability.

I draw a clear distinction between coaching and therapy and I support clients through sign posting if additional services are needed.

I continue my professional development through training, reading and regular supervision with a qualified coaching supervisor.

I hold full membership with the Association for Coaching.
